California Latinas for Reproductive Justice
CLRJ is a California-based organization committed to honoring the experiences of Latinas to uphold their dignity, their bodies, sexuality, and families. Mixed Change worked with CLRJ in the wake of the overturning of Roe v. Wade to create a video series and tarot-inspired card game making reproductive justice knowledge accessible and engaging.

Myth-Busting Interactive Card Game Design
To promote understanding of abortion medication and telehealth, we conceptualized and produced a tarot-inspired card game rooted in CLRJ’s brand identity and community values. The deck features original illustrations and a mix of facts, myths, and personal testimonies. Designed with accessibility and representation in mind, the game encourages players to explore reproductive justice topics in a format that feels personal, engaging, and empowering.
Animated Educational Videos
In response to ongoing legal threats to abortion pill access, we developed a two-part video series centered on a non-binary person of color navigating reproductive healthcare.
Through custom illustration, animation, and culturally intentional storytelling, we worked with CLRJ to demystify telehealth and abortion medication for communities often excluded from traditional health communications. The result is a gentle, informative, and deeply relatable resource that breaks down barriers to understanding.
